Call Center Employee Charged in Clinton Abraham Shooting

Twenty-six-year-old Transparent B.P.O. employee, Eugene Mark Anthony Fraser is on remand at the Belize Central Prison tonight after being arraigned for the use of deadly means of harm and wounding of Clinton Abraham. Fraser appeared at the Belize City Magistrate’s Court before Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser shortly before noon. Allegations are that on November eleventh, 2017, he opened fire on Abraham on Magazine Road in Belize City. Abraham was riding his bicycle heading in the direction of Cemetery Road when a lone gunman fired a single shot at him which injured his left knee. Bail could not be offered, but Eugene Fraser can apply to the Supreme Court as early as this Friday. He was remanded until January ninth, 2018 when he is to reappear in court.
