Steve Moss Charged in Bismark Shooting

Police have made a significant arrest in the murder of Daniel Anderson who was killed over the weekend.   Late this afternoon, Steve Martin Moss, a twenty-three-year-old stevedore of Queen Charlotte Street, appeared before Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser.  Moss was charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and two counts of Use of Deadly Means of Harm upon Alexander Underwood and Crystal Flowers.  Anderson met his death early on Sunday morning at around five o’clock. He along with a group of friends was celebrating the twenty-eighth birthday of Underwood at Bismark Club on Queen Charlotte Street.  Anderson intervened in a fight between two women inside the club, but it spilled outside where in a spray of bullets, he was hit to the chest. He was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, but succumbed hours later. Underwood was injured on both his hands while and Flowers were injured on her cheek.  At today’s arraignment, Moss was remanded into custody until December fourth when he goes back to court. He is represented by attorney Bryan Neal.
