Caleb Orozco Warns Churches Over Morality

The protagonist at the center of the UNIBAM Challenge is gay rights activist Caleb Orozco.  Over the years, he has been the subject of scorn and disdain, as much as he has been heralded as a pioneer in the human rights movement.  In spite of the successful outcome, Orozco maintains that there needs to introspection where it concerns the church, particularly on the issue of morality.

Caleb Orozco, President, UNIBAM

“The church must look in their own closet for their moral concerns and remember that their closet is as wide open as mine when they talk about moral grounds.”

Reporter

“Sir, okay.  Sir, just to make it clear, how do you feel with what the Prime Minister announced today?”

Caleb Orozco

Caleb Orozco

“He simply reacted constructively and responsibly as a government should to the needs of its citizens—no more, no less.”

Reporter

“Now, insofar as the process not being finished, are you prepared to go another round should the churches—and they have given all indication they will, if they can—are you all prepared for another round of legal battles and everything that entails?”

Caleb Orozco

“Church leaders must remember that as long as you don’t pay taxes or they are not elected to government, they don’t have a handle on my fundamental rights as a citizen of this country. I stand my ground. I do not, do not, believe that they are the ones governing this country and I have every right to challenge any position that they have in court.”

Reporter

“Sir and then finally, how has it been for you since the judgment. We know this issue has burst out into a conflagration; there are so much hate speech coming out. What has your personal experience been like?”

Caleb Orozco

“I remain guarded on my movements and that will have to continue for some time.”

Reporter

“Have the threats against you increased or the sinister behavior of threatening you?”

Caleb Orozco

“Umm beyond the call for my beheading or beyond the call for an Orlando-style massacre with me at the frontline and beyond the usual homophobic remarks that have continued, I will say that I am blessed so far in not seeing any physical harm to my health.”

Christian or not, caleb we aren’t happy with it, not being a christian still pisses off many because even to we, to them it’s not natural nor legal. Now going over board warning the church about morality, hope you can par up with it also. Down our history you’ll be the most hated individual ever being said to have twisted our morality laws in our Jewel.
What seems worst is the amount of people called attorneys being behind to push this agenda called rights and what about us the majority while you are a minority?

  3. Joe Brown says:

God Bless . If your not with God’s policy then you are against God

I am not gay and I was raised up in church but I would like to point out that the church is not and cannot be the keepers of morality when they are the single largest group with perverted crimes against minors!

They are front and center in denying others their civil rights but remain mute in regards to the violation of minors by their leaders.

Until they come out with this same force and speak out against these crimes against minors with the same vehemence (committed by their leaders) I care very little what they say!

not believingor acepting in homosexuality act does not make you a homophobe . It is if you encompasses a range of negative attitudes and feelings toward homosexuality or people who are identified or perceived as being lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. Its standing up for God’s principles . So is God A Homophobe for being against it (Sodom And Gomorrah). Nope! he is the creator so he said and says whats good and whats not. The last time i check he did not say other wise , its man thinking they are better and that they know better for the world than God. So they washed out all the sense out of your head and replaced it with satans idea of a peaceful world .
