Dr. Angel Campos, Minister of State, Health

“I am very grateful to the Government of Japan for donating these wheelchairs as a contribution to our health facilities. These wheelchairs will be distributed around the country. If I remember correctly we’ll be trying to give at least two to our major hospitals and clinics. This will be for the benefit of our people. These are much needed wheelchairs because we need to replenish the ones we have. Especially in the northern districts I have received calls. I am the Minister of State for Health in Corozal and the Corozal Hospital called me and said you know what Doc we need wheelchairs. We were trying to get some through quotations through the Ministry of Health but you know that it is a long process and with this we are very grateful and we are very happy to the Government of japan for giving us this much needed donation.”
