2 Men Shot in the City

Chester Williams

In the wake of the murder of Glen ‘Gambis’ Williams on Saturday evening, it is strongly believed that factions within the Supal Street Gang may have triggered a spate of retaliatory shootings across the city.  On Sunday night, not too far from where Gambis was gunned down twenty-four hours earlier, Shane Valdez and thirty-year-old Anthony Arnold were sitting on the steps of their home on Antelope Street when an unknown assailant emerged on the scene.  The gunman would let loose a barrage of gunfire, injuring twenty-five-year-old Valdez to the right thigh and Arnold to the right ankle.  This morning, Assistant Commissioner of Police Chester Williams told the media that the incident may have been an act of reprisal for the fatal assault the night before.
