Alleged Robber Trevor McFoy is Granted Bail

Trevor McFoy

One of two persons accused of executing a broad daylight robbery at River Valley Supplies Gas Station in Scotland Halfmoon was granted Supreme Court  bail today by Judge Troadio “John” Gonzales. Twenty-two year old year old Trevor McFoy received bail of eight thousand dollars but was having trouble meeting it as of this afternoon. Conditions were also imposed that he must report to the police station once a week and keep out of trouble. The other accused is a seventeen-year-old minor, but he has not yet applied for bail and remains on remand at the Wagner’s Youth Facility. On Tuesday this week, McFoy and the seventeen-year-old year old high school student were charged jointly with the robbery of the gas station.  Since the charge sheet did not say the offense was committed with a firearm, Magistrate Rogers offered bail to the minor but police detained him and amended the charge sheet to reflect the use of a firearm.  Both McFoy and the minor are due back on May thirtieth, 2016.
