“We put in a lot of hard work; we visited every home. I had mentioned from the beginning of the campaign that I will visit everyone—red or blue—and we managed to do that. And let’s be real, San Joaquin and Corozal South East will not be beaten; this is not for the red. (Cheers) I could not have done it by myself. Everybody you see here, every single one worked very hard; everybody put in their share of hard work. I mean I don’t know how we can thank these people from their support. I don’t know how, but we will find a way.”

“Looking forward, into the next five years, commitments made to the people.”

Florencio Marin Jr.

“Whichever which way, we are still elected rep; the government will have to respect this seat. The government/Mister Barrow have been shown that the Corozal South East people will not support them, but we are still Belizeans and we demand our fair share.”
