John Saldivar

John Saldivar, Minister of National Security

“Government has also committed US thirty million dollars for national security programs that will be done by way of a loan from the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, CABEI. This will see the acquisition of some major equipment and infrastructure repairs for the entire national security infrastructure. Projects such as a new forensic laboratory; two patrol crafts for the coast guard to patrol our exclusive economic zones; repair and construction of over one hundred buildings for the Belize Police Department and the B.D.F. will also be acquiring troop lifting vehicles to replace the aging trucks that the B.D.F. now has. These are but a few of the things that will be done out of that U.S. thirty million dollar loan.”

Two B.D.F. officers recently returned from Taiwan and will soon practice medicine with the force. The force has also acquired a legal advisor, a soldier who recently completed his degree in law.

I hope they spend some of that money (that we will have to pay back) on insuring that the police supervisors to do their jobs! The major problem with our police department is that there is a total lack of proper supervision and hardly any level of accountability and discipline of officers who fail to follow department procedures and policies. You see this every day throughout the country. When is the last time that you saw a police vehicle stop at a stop sign? Or even act respectfully and professionally toward citizens?

Notice how the US readily loans money to Belize in exchange for supporting it’s LGBT agenda.
Does anyone realise that the US Dollar is based on good faith and not on gold reserves? Belize has almost $600 million in debt and could not obtain a loan from the IMF, therefor having to bow to the mandates of the US. Barrow and his cronies have already sold our country to the US. He does not care, all he wants is dinero so he can retire in style to the US. Belize needs a strong third party to unite our citizens in order to restore our sovereignty!!!!
