Francis Fonseca Says Treachery and Betrayal Forced Caneros to their Knees

Francis Fonseca

That justification didn’t impress P.U.P. Leader Francis Fonseca, who then declared open season on the government, and on those he called their moles and cronies within the B.S.C.F.A.  Fonseca says history will record that it was the treachery and betrayal of the government which forced caneros to their knees.

Francis Fonseca, P.U.P. Leader

“We condemn this decision because it was a deliberate decision. We condemn this decision by the Prime Minister, his Deputy Prime Minister, who is also the Minister of Agriculture and who should be standing up and defending the interest of the caneros, but instead he has turned against them. So we condemn, Mister Speaker, this deliberate decision by this U.D.P. government to abandon the caneros, to abandon the national interest. It is this U.D.P. Prime Minister and his government, Mister Speaker, that has turned their backs on our cane farmers and are actively working to divide and tear apart the B.S.C.F.A.  It is they, Mister Speaker—they talk about politics—it is they that brought politics into this very serious national issue. It is they who brought politics into this issue by exploiting their political relationship with the chairman of the B.S.C.F.A.; that is what you have done. Ezequiel Cansino exploited that and exploited your relationship with other directors; your nephew in particular, Arturo Hernandez, exploited those relationships to divide and tear apart the B.S.C.F.A.  That is what the record will show.”

  1. Ali BaBarrow lies! says:

Francis, you little boy, this is Belize, the kingdom of Ali.

On your knees to be forgiven.

The people deserve and want Ali’s boot on their pride.

Act quickly or you must belly crawl to retain your citizenship!

  2. Ricky Malthus says:

Don’t cry and dither. Open the border to Chetumal so the caneros can sell their sugar cane. But don’t sell to the monopolist!!!
