Belize Versus Honduras, International Football Match!!

At nine o’clock tonight, we’ll be carrying the game between Belize jaguars and Honduras that took place at the RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. where Belize is attempting to qualify for the Gold Cup. We don’t want to give you all the details at this point, but we can say that there were two auto goals by Jeremy James and Elroy Smith. What we also know is that midfielder, Ian Gaynair, is sitting out this game. The game is still playing and we will have it at nine o’clock tonight.

  1. dats just gud says:

Auto goals is unacceptable, but we are not die-hard fans because if we were in Colombia then we would understand what it means to be a patriot……….

Like I always have said it was a waste of time to go, 3 weeks to practice is not enough…….but anyhow, like many Belizeans like to say win, loose or draw I am a Belizean and they are Belizeans so we all look bad since we cant win……….

The Golden question is: When the hell we will ever learn to WIN??????????

  2. Gustavo says:

How on earth could we score 2 auto goals!?

  3. sydney arnold says:

As a Belizean and a football player we have to stand behind our team , mistake is apart of the game and Belize is not the first or lost team to score on its self.

Correct DATS JUST GUD!!! Belizeans are funny… nobody plays a sport to lose… that’s not an option… but what amazes me is that Belizeans seem to be quite contempted with WHICHEVER result!!! Wow!!!

  6. citizen says:

…and the same story goes on and on… as I mentioned before, the day Belize plans, implements and maintains projects to sustain an operation to develop the football minor leagues in the country, that same day our history in regional and international football tournaments will begin to change. Who is up for the challenge?

  7. Gravity says:

IF IT WASNT FOR THE AUTO GOALS THE COULD OF ENDED IN A DRAW, AUTO GOALS HAPPEN ITS APART OF THE GAME. INSTEAD OF DOWN TALKING THE TEAM AND THE FEDERATION WHY DON’T YOU HELP TO MAKE PUR TEAM BETTER. BY DONATING OR JOINING THE TEAM. @DAT JUS GOOD

  8. So Sad says:

It’s the same result when you put amateurs against professionals. The Belize players are so limited with their individual technical skills. Progress will only happen when you invest in the development of youths with a long term plan. That is not happening either ,cause our younger team took a beating too. Too many crooked and clueless people run football in Belize. I played in Belize about 27 years ago ,and no improvement since then ,that’s pretty sad ,as popular as football is in Belize. Imagine if these other countries brought their A squad to this tournament? Don’t blame the coach or the players .They have to work with too many limitations.
